About
Executive & Developmental Coach · CPCC, PCC
I work with leaders who are ready to think differently — not just about their organizations, but about themselves. As an executive and developmental coach, I partner with C-suite leaders and senior teams at the moments that matter most: strategic inflection points, culture shifts, the quiet tensions that slowly undermine even the strongest teams.
My work is grounded in adult development and polarity management — disciplines that have taught me one fundamental truth: the most powerful breakthroughs rarely come from solving problems. They come from learning to hold opposing truths simultaneously. The leader who can sit with paradox, navigate ambiguity, and still move forward with clarity is the one who transforms not just their organization, but every person within it.
Over 15 years, I've partnered with Fortune 500 companies, regional market leaders, and multicultural teams across APAC, EMEA, and North America — coaching through large-scale transformations, leadership transitions, and periods of rapid, disorienting growth. As an ICF PCC-certified coach and global faculty member, I also shape the next generation of executive coaches, bringing the same rigour and depth to their development that I bring to every client engagement.
My own path has been shaped as much by sport as by study. As a former elite athlete competing at national and international levels, I understand high performance from the inside — the discipline, the team dynamics, the pressure, the recovery. Growing up in a multicultural family and living across continents, I've learned to read rooms, cultures, and systems with equal fluency. These aren't credentials. They're the lenses through which I see every leader I work with.
What I offer isn't a methodology — it's a quality of presence. A space where senior leaders can surface what's actually happening beneath the surface, challenge their own thinking without judgment, and find decisions that are both strategically sound and deeply aligned with who they are becoming.
